AJ Esral has been an associate with Luchansky Law since 2024. AJ graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and, prior to joining our firm, AJ worked in business law and litigation, focusing on multi-state mortgage insurance.
At Luchansky Law, AJ serves our clients by preparing employment agreements and handbooks; providing guidance documents on employment law matters, including the Federal Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act; and drafting legal briefs and filings for litigation.
AJ is known for his friendly disposition and strong writing skills, as well as his desire to help clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of employment law.
