AJ Esral

AJ Esral has been an associate with Luchansky Law since 2024. AJ graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and, prior to joining our firm, AJ worked in business law and litigation, focusing on multi-state mortgage insurance. At Luchansky Law, AJ serves our clients by preparing employment agreements and handbooks; providing guidance documents on employment law matters, including the Federal Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act; and drafting legal briefs and filings for litigation. AJ is known for his friendly disposition and strong writing skills, as well as his desire to help clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of employment law.

Alan M. Glickman

Alan M. Glickman joined Luchansky Law in 2025 after transitioning from his 20+ year career in the federal government. Prior to joining our firm, Alan was responsible for the employment discrimination complaint process of a federal agency made up of approximately 60,000 employees. He was a senior manager, supervising over 25 employees, and he provided guidance to senior executives and the head of the agency. At Luchansky Law, Alan is using his extensive subject matter expertise to help our clients understand their rights and obligations, and to guide clients through demanding situations. Alan has the ability to communicate complicated concepts in understandable terms, and he is a conscientious and zealous advocate.

Howlett “JR” Jackson

Howlett “JR” Jackson is an Associate Attorney at Luchansky Law.  Having worked as a litigation paralegal for 7 years before graduating law school from the University of Baltimore in 2017, JR has more than 10 years of overall litigation experience.  Before joining Luchansky Law, JR worked with one of the pre-eminent employment law attorneys in a temporary position, and also tried more than 100 district court personal injury and premises liability cases for another local law firm. JR brings his employment law and litigation experience to Luchansky Law, where he represents Maryland clients in all forums, including the Maryland Unemployment Insurance Commission, the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as in state and federal courts. He handles employment law matters of all types, including wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, wage collection issues under the Maryland Wage Payment and Collection Act, and discrimination claims under the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and the Maryland Fair Employment Practices Act.  JR also has extensive experience providing counseling and representation for clients in unemployment matters. Lazar Krintzman

Lazar Krintzman is an associate attorney at Luchansky Law, where he focuses on labor and employment law. His practice is concentrated on advising employers on legal issues that arise in the workplace, on drafting and implementing employment contracts, handbooks, and separation agreements, and on ensuring that businesses comply with current regulations and are prepared for legal challenges. Lazar also supports the firm’s active litigation practice. Before joining Luchansky Law, Lazar was an associate at a prominent Baltimore law firm, where he gained substantial experience in commercial litigation and real estate transactions. Lazar also served as general counsel for two large real estate companies, managing legal affairs for a portfolio of 6,000 units across multiple states. Lazar is actively involved in his community as the Immediate Past President of Cheder Chabad, an elementary school with over 400 students. Gregory Currey

Gregory Currey is a Partner with the law firm of Luchansky Law.  Mr. Currey is an experienced attorney who focuses his practice on Labor and Employment Law compliance and litigation.  He counsels businesses and organizations to ensure compliance with State and Federal employment laws, reviews and drafts policies for employee handbooks and leads employee and management training programs. Mr. Currey also represents employers in State and Federal employment litigation, focusing on all aspects of employee relations, including compliance with Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, immigration issues involving I-9s, the E-verify program and H-1B visas, ERISA, retiree health benefits and the NLRA. In addition to handling employment matters, Mr. Currey represents companies and individuals in corporate matters. Joseph Wolf

Joseph Wolf is a partner with the Firm.  After graduating from UMBC, Joe attended law school and practiced law in New York for several years before moving back to Baltimore with his family.  Joe spent the next 14 years at one of Baltimore’s top litigation firms, litigating a wide variety of cases, including employment law matters, commercial disputes, insurance coverage issues, and procurement cases from inception through trial and appeal. At Luchansky Law, Joe continues to litigate employment law and business disputes, including wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, wage collection issues under the Maryland Wage Payment and Collection Act, and ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and discrimination claims in agency proceedings and in federal and state courts. Bruce M. Luchansky, Esquire
